Please read these Terms carefully before using SocialPulse Forms. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@socialpulse.theappsgalore.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may invite team members to your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring all authorized users comply with these Terms. Access may be granted at the roles of Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer as defined in our permissions documentation.
You are solely responsible for the forms you create, the data you collect, the notices you display to respondents, and how you use collected data. You must have a lawful basis for collecting personal information from respondents. You must provide respondents with accurate privacy information before collecting their data.
You may not use SocialPulse Forms to: collect data without lawful basis; send spam or phishing content; distribute malware; harvest credentials; impersonate third parties; collect payment fraudulently; publish illegal, harassing, or hateful content; collect highly sensitive data without proper legal authorization; or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.
SocialPulse Forms and its software, design, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription.
You retain ownership of all forms, schemas, and respondent data you collect. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialPulse Forms, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or where required by law. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where we are incorporated, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Prior versions remain available in our policy archive.
