This policy describes what you may not do when using SocialPulse Forms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use SocialPulse Forms to:
Phishing and Fraud
- Create forms designed to deceive respondents into providing credentials, payment information, or sensitive data under false pretenses.
- Impersonate another company, brand, government agency, or individual.
- Collect payment information fraudulently or outside of a lawful merchant relationship.
Spam and Unsolicited Contact
- Send unsolicited bulk emails using contact data collected through our service.
- Use submission data to contact respondents in ways they did not consent to.
Malware and Security Threats
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful software through file upload fields.
- Use the platform to attack, probe, or disrupt other systems.
Illegal and Harmful Content
- Collect, store, or distribute illegal content.
- Create forms targeting or collecting data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent and appropriate safeguards.
- Publish content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups.
Sensitive Data Without Lawful Basis
- Collect health or medical data without proper legal authorization and appropriate safeguards.
- Collect financial account credentials or full payment card details (PAN, CVV).
- Collect biometric identifiers without lawful basis and clear disclosure.
- Collect government-issued identification numbers without lawful basis.
File Upload Abuse
- Use file upload fields to distribute executable files, malware, or files violating third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to exceed storage limits through automated or scripted uploads.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter a form on our platform that you believe violates this policy, please report it at legal@socialpulse.theappsgalore.com.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove forms, and report activity to law enforcement where we determine a violation of this policy has occurred.
