Data submitted through forms you create. The categories and sensitivity of this data depend entirely on the forms you build. You, the form owner, are the data controller for respondent data. We process it as a service provider/processor on your behalf.
Subscription plan, billing period, and payment status. We do not store card numbers. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
IP address, user agent, browser type, pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, and error logs. IP addresses are collected for security and audit purposes.

We process your data to: provide and improve the service; authenticate users; process payments; send transactional emails; support security and abuse prevention; comply with legal obligations; and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with subprocessors who help us deliver the service (see Subprocessors page), with law enforcement when required by law, and with your consent.
We use third-party subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and other functions. A current list is maintained on our Subprocessors page.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable wind-down period. Respondent submission data is retained according to the retention period configured on each form, or until deleted by the form owner. We may retain certain data longer where required by law.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, private file storage, and audit logging. See our Security page for details.
